Marianna O’Brien

Mari has been an essential member of the Kinetik Team since 2017, coming to us as an intern, then working operations/front desk for several years, and from 2021 onward, working primarily with clients on the gym floor.

Mari obtained her Level 1-3 ELDOA Student Practitioner Certifications in 2018 (Spinal Health), graduated from SDSU with a BS in Kinesiology in 2019, obtained a massage therapy license and personal training certification in 2021, and is currently enrolled in Point Loma’s Masters of Athletic Training program.

Over the past 5 years Mari has worked over 700+ hours in rehab and sports settings (emphasis in soccer rehab) gaining an immense amount of knowledge to help clients improve their movement and lives. Mari’s goal long term is to continue to work with athletes with an emphasis in soccer injury prevention and rehab.

Working with clients of all ages, including both youth athletes, and the young at heart, she currently also specializes in spinal health and injury specific exercise. If you are a client interested in learning more about your own body and improving your own functional movement and fitness, Mari is the perfect fit.
