Native San Diegan Paolo Isaac has been a lifelong participant in many team sports including basketball and football, and most notably played competitive baseball for 15 years from Little League to the collegiate level. After sustaining numerous shoulder and ankle injuries, Paolo refocused on academics and received a Bachelors in Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Fitness Specialist from San Diego State University.
Through internships with Point Loma Sports Performance and Benjamin Kleinert, Paolo gained experience working with a wide variety of populations in various fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, wellness coaching, endurance training, injury prevention, postural restoration, biomechanics, and rehabilitation. During this time he accrued over 300 hours of practical experience by designing strength and conditioning programs for athletes at various levels and assisted in the treatment of collegiate, professional, and Olympic level athletes.
Paolo is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is also working towards becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
