Tyler Stubbs is an NASM certified personal trainer and a Nutrition Coach who is dedicated to helping people excel in all areas of life by building strong habits of exercise and nutrition. He loves having an impact in the lives of busy professionals/entrepreneurs seeking to maximize their energy, productivity, and potential within a sustainable, balanced schedule.
Tyler knows this fitness journey firsthand as he has been working out consistently since he was 14 years old, and he is thrilled to now be in a position to provide others with key information and support to help them succeed.
Beginning with an internship at Snap Fitness Salinas in May of 2017, Tyler quickly progressed to full personal training by June of that year. He began as a trainer at the Last Real Gym in San Diego for a few months before launching his own brand in October 2017: Stubbs Fitness. Tyler has practiced independently since then while simultaneously working to complete his Kinesiology degree from San Diego State University, graduating in May 2019.
In addition to his NASM training and two Nutrition coaching certifications, Tyler is a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist. He also completed ELDOA Level 1 in 2018.
Tyler first came to Kinetik for an internship in January. He has been an asset to the team from the very beginning and began operating tull time as a Practitioner in May 2019. Read more about Tyler at his website: www.stubbsfitness.com.
