Therapy and Training

Posture Pump® 1400-D (Dual Disc Hydrator®)

This Posture Pump is great for relieving neck and upper back tension and decompressing joints. We highly recommend this product to improve mobility and range of motion in the neck and upper back.

Serious Steel Mobility/Recovery (Floss) Bands

Famous from our ankle floss exercises/videos, also great for mobilizing other stiff joints like feet, wrists, and elbows. Every athlete and therapist should have a roll of this in his/her bag!

Black Mountain Products – Ultimate Resistance Band Set

Great product, durable and multi-purpose. We use daily for shoulder and ankle rehab and strengthening.

TriggerPoint GRID Foam Roller, 13 inch

Having tried many foam rollers, we love this one best. It’s a great density of foam and is conveniently sized (and hollow to pack things in!) for traveling.

Functional Fitness Resistance Bands

Great for joint mobilizations and distraction work at home, you will see these in many of our videos!

“I use the green band for my hip every day before running or lifting.” – Jonathan

Nutrition and Supplements

Biotics Research Bio-D-Mulsion Forte Vitamin D

Everyone seems to be talking about Vitamin D these days. Important for immune function, energy levels, and even muscular power. This is our favorite product and what Jonathan used as a professional athlete.

Garden of Life Raw Organic Alkalizer and Detoxifier – Green Superfood Powder

This is a great product to take in after training or to sip on in the afternoons in lieu of another cup of coffee. This greens powder from GOL tastes great and really gives you a boost.

Bulletproof Coffee Starter Kit

Bulletproof Coffee is an old friend for many of us. It pairs well with intermittent fasting and keeps you sharp and focused at work. It also tastes better than your current cup, guaranteed!
