Running Mechanics Class

These small group training sessions are designed to get you stronger, more efficient, explosive, and technical as a runner.
We have four overall goals for the class:

    1. Improve strength in full range of motion
    2. Build reactive strength
    3. Increase core stability
    4. Increase thoracic spine range of motion

Due to the small group format, you have access to specific coaching cues and modifications based on your individual needs.
