Join Our Running Mechanics Group Sessions

These small group training sessions are designed to make you a stronger and more efficient, explosive, and technical runner.

We have four goals for you to meet through participating in this class:

 

Improve strength in full range of motion

Build reactive strength

Increase core stability

Increase thoracic spine range of motion

Due to the small group format, you have access to specific coaching cues and modifications based on your individual needs.

What is the cost?
We offer two monthly membership options:
    • 1x week $152
    • 2x week $280
You can also pay $40 to drop in for a session.
How does it work?

These sessions include up to 5 participants, which allows our practitioner to provide close attention to each individual. This small group format is also designed to be mindful of restrictions on groups due to the pandemic. We meet outdoors and in-person at the Kinetik facility, with masks and appropriate spacing between participants.

When are the sessions?

Currently, groups meet at the following times:

    • Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 am

You may choose to participate in only one session, or in as many sessions as you like. As the groups grow, additional times may be offered.
