Ben has been an integral influence on my athletic career – coming back from a hamstring tear he provided the knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm to help guide me to full strength and function. Each session with him was filled with positivity and encouragement as well as very careful and informed attention to detail. I’ve never had more fun doing rehab! As I got healthier he guided me through the proper mechanics of all my lifts; his teaching process was holistic and he was very adept at clarifying movement I struggled with. He strikes an ideal balance between challenging and respecting the process- I had a great time working with him and made tangible progress with each session!
Being an Olympic hopeful and working with Ben has had a fantastic impact on my training and athletic career. After working with Ben this past year I have seen incredible results with my overall strength and stability within my sport. He has helped strengthen areas that were weak or imbalanced, while helping me build on my overall strength. All of our work together has helped my confidence in and out of competition. Ben and I have built a great relationship together, and he is genuinely interested in my progress. He is always ready to get to work, and best of all he is always honest. He will tell me when something is incorrect or when I need to be focusing on a certain maneuver more. He is always focused on efficiency – to ensure you are never fatigued, harmful to yourself, and to make sure that you gain the most from each routine. He goes above and beyond by setting up, and creating certain exercise routines for me to do when I can’t meet him. Ben crafts an environment where I can have the best possible experience with him and get the most out of myself. Ben is wonderful with assessing an individual and developing a workout routine that is best for that specific person. I have learned a lot about myself, and gained a lot of self-esteem through working with Ben. He has really helped advance my athletic career since working together. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve on his or her body mechanics, strength, and enjoys working out with a motivating and personal person.
Throughout my triathlon career Jonathan has helped me in body work, training advice, and strengthening/stretching exercises. He has been a great source of knowledge for supplementation and nutritional information. Jonathan's knowledge and skills have helped me consistently stay at the top level in triathlon.

Jonathan Pierce is one of my favorite therapists I have worked with over my entire 8 year professional track and field career. What makes “JP” so special is his ability to see the body as a chain of pieces working together. He is able to see past the specific part of the body that is causing an athlete pain and find the underlying problem that is causing that pain. Jonathan has a very natural ability to look at and listen to an athlete, understand the problem, treat the athlete and give them exercises to fix the problem. All in all, if I have a major injury/physical imbalance, I feel totally confident that I can go to Jonathan and he will be able to help get healthy again.
Ben has been so much fun to work with. I have been training with him for 2 years now and he has helped me develop all of my weakness to avoid injuries and be the best I can be. As a professional athlete, it is very important to have a trainer that is very detail oriented and Ben is just that. It has been such a blessing since we found Benjamin! My daughter Trinity tore her ACL for the second time. We were on the search for the best rehab person to get her back and strong to prepare for D1 college soccer. He is not only extremely knowledgeable in biomechanics but he also has this incredible way with her! It’s naturally been an emotional roller coaster once again with us thinking her soccer career could have been cut short, but Benjamin has kept her spirits up and looking ahead to the future of full health and mobility.
